Feature
Robot Programming
FANUC KAREL, ABB RAPID, KUKA KRL, Yaskawa INFORM, Universal Robots URScript — written offline, validated in sim, deployed on-floor.
Brands we support
By the numbers
The numbers behind the work.
What we deliver
Everything in scope.
- 01Offline programming (OLP) for greenfield cells
- 02Retrofits and re-programs for existing lines
- 03Path optimization and cycle-time reduction
- 04Vision-guided and force-guided routines
- 05Multi-robot coordination and handoffs
- 06Program documentation and operator runbooks
The pathway
From theory to real-world control.
Every qtvue programmer follows the same six-step pathway. We hire at step one and grow people through the rest — because the only way to ship a reliable cell is to understand every layer from the math to the on-floor hand-off.

From theory → real-world control

Theory & Kinematics
2–4 weeksForward & inverse kinematics, Denavit–Hartenberg parameters, Jacobian, joint vs Cartesian space, singularities, and trajectory planning. The math behind every move the arm makes.
Stack: Textbook: Spong / CraigMATLAB or PythonPen & paper - 02step 02 / 06
Simulation & OLP
2–3 weeksBuild the cell in RoboDK, Visual Components, or DELMIA. Validate cycle time, reach, and collisions before any steel is cut. Write the program offline and export to native code.

Basic Motion & I/O
3–4 weeksJoint moves, linear moves, circular blends, speed/accel profiles, digital I/O, handshakes with conveyors and fixtures. The fundamentals every program builds on.

Sensors & Vision
3–4 weeksWire up 2D/3D vision for part location, force/torque for assembly, conveyor encoders for tracking. Make the arm responsive to the real world, not just the sim.

Optimization & Cycle Time
OngoingProfile the cycle, shave milliseconds off every move, eliminate air cuts, balance multi-robot handoffs. The difference between a good cell and a great one.

Deployment & Support
1 week + ongoingOn-floor commissioning, operator training, program documentation, 24/7 monitoring, and a plan for when (not if) something breaks at 2am on a Saturday.

More capabilities
Other features.
Cell Design & 3D Simulation
Full 3D cell layout with cycle-time, reach, and collision analysis — designed in our software, validated before any steel is cut.
Vision & Sensing
2D and 3D vision, force/torque, laser profiling, and proximity sensing — integrated, calibrated, and running in production.
End-of-Arm Tooling
Pneumatic and electric grippers, welders, dispensers, and custom EOAT — sized, sourced, and integrated for your exact part and cycle.
Safety & Compliance
ISO 10218-1/-2, ISO/TS 15066, ANSI/RIA R15.06 — risk assessments, safety circuits, and the documentation your auditor actually wants to see.
24/7 Global Support
Remote monitoring, on-site service, and spare parts in 14 countries — the cell runs at 99.4% uptime because the support team is already on it.
